1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of doctiva.co and to booking a growth audit with Doctiva ("Doctiva", "we", "us"). By using the website or booking an audit, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Our services
Doctiva helps clinics grow through patient acquisition (paid ads, landing pages, content), enquiry handling and follow-up, clinic operations consulting, and search visibility. The information on this website describes our services in general. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
3. The growth audit offer
- The growth audit is a video call of about 30 minutes where we review your clinic's growth and share our recommendations.
- Free offer: the audit is free if you book it within 1 hour of first clicking a growth-audit button or starting the audit form. The countdown is shown on the website and is based on the device and browser you used.
- Standard price: after that hour, the audit costs USD 20 (or the equivalent in local currency). We'll tell you how to pay before the call, and payment is due before the call takes place.
- One free audit per clinic. We may decline or reschedule a booking — for example if the details are incomplete, the business isn't a clinic, or the offer is being misused.
- If you can't attend, please reschedule or cancel using the link in your booking confirmation. A paid audit can be rescheduled once free of charge; if we cancel, we'll refund any amount you paid.
- Booking an audit doesn't commit you to buying anything else.
4. Forecasts and results
The revenue forecast on this website, and any numbers we share during an audit, are planning estimates, not guarantees. Results depend on your city, specialty, offer, pricing, team, season, platform changes and other factors outside our control. Examples and illustrations on the site are shown to explain how our work can help and do not promise specific results.
5. No medical, legal or financial advice
Our content and recommendations are marketing and business advice only. They are not medical, legal, tax or financial advice. You remain responsible for your clinic's clinical decisions and for making sure your advertising, offers and patient communication follow the healthcare, advertising and licensing rules in your country (for example, any approvals required by your health authority).
6. Using the website
Please don't misuse the website — for example by trying to break its security, submitting false or someone else's details, sending spam, or copying the site to pass it off as your own. Please don't submit patients' medical information through the site.
7. Intellectual property
The Doctiva name and logo, the website design and its content belong to Doctiva or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or business evaluation, but you may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission. Stock videos on the site are used under their providers' licences.
8. Third-party services
Bookings are handled through Calendly, and calls usually take place on Google Meet. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for third-party websites or services that we link to.
9. Limitation of liability
We provide the website "as is" and work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Doctiva is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost patients) arising from use of the website or the audit, and our total liability relating to an audit is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms or the audit offer from time to time. Changes apply from the date shown above; bookings already confirmed keep the price shown when you booked.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Doctiva is registered, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that country, unless the law where you are based gives you rights that can't be changed by agreement.
