In short: we only collect what you type into our growth-audit form and what you enter when booking a call. We use it to prepare your audit and contact you about it. We don't sell your data, we don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing info@doctiva.co.
1. Who we are
Doctiva ("Doctiva", "we", "us") is a healthcare growth and consulting partner for clinics in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, with Jordan coming soon. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through doctiva.co. For any privacy question, contact us at info@doctiva.co.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us when you request a growth audit:
- Your name, clinic name, email address and WhatsApp or phone number
- Your role at the clinic, the clinic's specialty and country
- Your answer to "What does your clinic struggle with most?"
- The time you book, and anything you add in the booking form
Information stored on your own device: the site saves two small items in your browser's local storage — your language choice (English or Arabic) and the time you started the free audit offer, so the countdown works if you come back. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
Technical information: like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools on this website.
Please do not send us patients' medical or health information through the website. We don't need it to prepare an audit.
3. How we use your information
- To schedule and hold your growth audit call and prepare for it
- To contact you about your audit by email, phone or WhatsApp
- To send you a proposal if you ask for one after the audit
- To keep our website secure and working properly
- To meet legal, tax or accounting obligations
We use your information because you asked us to (to deliver the audit you requested), because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or because the law requires it. We won't add you to marketing emails unless you agree to it, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us run Doctiva, and only as needed:
- Calendly — to show our calendar and record your booking and answers
- Google (Google Workspace / Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Meet) — for email, scheduling and the video call
- Cloudflare — to host and secure this website
These providers may store data on servers outside your country, including in the United States or Europe. They are bound by their own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
5. How long we keep it
We keep audit and booking information for as long as needed to deliver the audit and follow up with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client (in which case we keep it for the length of our work together and as required by law). You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the data protection laws of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Jordan — you may have the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you and get a copy
- Ask us to correct or update it
- Ask us to delete it
- Object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw your consent
To make a request, email info@doctiva.co. We aim to reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you may also contact the data protection authority in your country.
7. Security
This website uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to deliver your audit. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Age
Our services are for clinic owners, managers and professionals. The website is not intended for anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
