Customer Service Specialist (Sales background)

What you'll do

• Reply to patient and clinic enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, phone and email
• Qualify leads, answer questions and book appointments and consultations
• Follow up with people who didn't book and bring them back
• Keep the CRM and booking calendar clean and up to date
• Share feedback with the team on common questions and objections

What we're looking for

• Experience in customer service and sales (call centre, clinic front desk, telesales, real estate or similar)
• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Comfortable working full-time on Gulf hours (GST / KSA time)
• Based in the MENA region, with a reliable laptop, internet and a quiet place to work
• Healthcare or clinic experience is a big plus

• تأهيل العملاء المحتملين والإجابة على الأسئلة وحجز المواعيد والاستشارات
• متابعة من لم يحجز وإعادتهم
• تحديث نظام إدارة العملاء وتقويم الحجوزات باستمرار
• مشاركة الفريق بالأسئلة والاعتراضات المتكررة

ما نبحث عنه

• خبرة في خدمة العملاء والمبيعات (مركز اتصال، استقبال عيادة، مبيعات هاتفية، عقارات أو ما يشابهها)
• إتقان العربية والإنجليزية كتابةً ومحادثةً
• القدرة على العمل بدوام كامل بتوقيت الخليج
• الإقامة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، مع جهاز لابتوب وإنترنت موثوق ومكان هادئ للعمل

Remote Sales Closer (Healthcare / B2B)

What you'll do

• Run discovery and closing calls (video and phone) with clinic owners, doctors and managers
• Understand each clinic's goals and challenges and recommend the right package
• Present proposals and pricing clearly, handle objections and close deals
• Follow up on WhatsApp, email and phone until every lead has a clear yes or no
• Keep the CRM updated and hand new clients over smoothly to our delivery team

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of proven B2B sales or closing experience, with numbers you can share
• Experience selling services: marketing, consulting, SaaS or healthcare solutions
• Fluent Arabic and English, comfortable with Gulf dialects
• Consultative selling: listening, asking the right questions and handling objections without pressure
• Disciplined with follow-ups and CRM; available on Gulf hours
• Based in the MENA region, with a laptop, reliable internet and a quiet place for calls
• Experience selling to clinics or healthcare businesses in the GCC is a big plus

مهامك

• إدارة مكالمات الاستكشاف والإغلاق (فيديو وهاتف) مع أصحاب العيادات والأطباء والمدراء
• فهم أهداف وتحديات كل عيادة واقتراح الباقة المناسبة
• عرض المقترحات والأسعار بوضوح، والتعامل مع الاعتراضات وإغلاق الصفقات
• المتابعة عبر واتساب والبريد والهاتف حتى يحصل كل عميل محتمل على قرار واضح
• تحديث نظام إدارة العملاء وتسليم العملاء الجدد لفريق التنفيذ بسلاسة

ما نبحث عنه

• خبرة مثبتة لا تقل عن سنتين في مبيعات B2B أو الإغلاق، مع أرقام يمكنك مشاركتها
• خبرة في بيع الخدمات: التسويق، الاستشارات، البرمجيات أو الحلول الصحية
• إتقان العربية والإنجليزية، والتعامل بارتياح مع اللهجات الخليجية
• بيع استشاري: الاستماع وطرح الأسئلة الصحيحة والتعامل مع الاعتراضات بدون ضغط
• الانضباط في المتابعة ونظام إدارة العملاء، والعمل بتوقيت الخليج
• الإقامة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، مع لابتوب وإنترنت موثوق ومكان هادئ للمكالمات

Video Editor (Ads & AI)

What you'll do

• Edit video ads for Google/YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and Meta, in the right format and length for each platform
• Use AI tools to generate and enhance footage, voiceovers, avatars, captions and visuals
• Write and cut strong hooks in the first 3 seconds, and make several versions of each ad for testing
• Add clean Arabic and English captions, on-screen text, music and sound
• Follow each clinic's brand style and advertising rules, and deliver on time

What we're looking for

• A portfolio of video ads or short-form videos you've edited
• Hands-on AI experience (required): tools like Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney or CapCut AI
• Strong skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut
• Experience making ads for TikTok, Snapchat, Meta or YouTube
• Good Arabic and English for captions and on-screen text
• Understanding of hooks, pacing and what makes an ad convert
• Based in the MENA region, with a computer that handles editing well
• Healthcare, beauty or aesthetics content experience is a plus

• مونتاج إعلانات فيديو لجوجل/يوتيوب وتيك توك وسناب شات وميتا، بالمقاس والطول المناسب لكل منصة
• استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي لإنشاء وتحسين اللقطات والتعليق الصوتي والأفاتار والترجمة والمؤثرات البصرية
• صناعة بداية قوية في أول 3 ثوانٍ، وتجهيز عدة نسخ من كل إعلان للاختبار
• إضافة ترجمة ونصوص عربية وإنجليزية واضحة وموسيقى وصوت
• الالتزام بهوية كل عيادة وقواعد الإعلان، والتسليم في الوقت المحدد

ما نبحث عنه

• معرض أعمال لإعلانات فيديو أو فيديوهات قصيرة قمت بتحريرها
• خبرة عملية في الذكاء الاصطناعي (مطلوبة): أدوات مثل Runway وKling وVeo وSora وHeyGen وElevenLabs وMidjourney أو CapCut AI
• إتقان Premiere Pro أو CapCut أو After Effects أو DaVinci Resolve أو Final Cut
• خبرة في صناعة إعلانات لتيك توك أو سناب شات أو ميتا أو يوتيوب
• لغة عربية وإنجليزية جيدة للترجمة والنصوص على الشاشة
• فهم لصناعة البدايات القوية والإيقاع وما يجعل الإعلان يحقق نتائج
• الإقامة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، مع جهاز مناسب للمونتاج
• الخبرة في محتوى الصحة أو التجميل ميزة إضافية
